Please keep your ticket safe and bring it with you to the event, either printed out or saved to your phone.

All tickets are scanned upon entry, each barcode works one time only.

Unless otherwise stated on your ticket category or the event type, all tickets are considered standing room only.

Unless otherwise stated, no exchanges are possible.

Rain or shine, all ticket sales are final.

Refunds are only eligible for an event that is either cancelled or postponed.

In the event of a cancelation or postponement, tickets will be refunded automatically unless otherwise stated by an official media release.

Please be aware of purchasing tickets from unauthorised sources, as they may be counterfeit and useless!
